WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM?
- All orders are subject to a handling period of 1-2 days before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped out from our facility.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Your order should be received within 5 to 10 business days of your order date.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has left the warehouse (usually 1 to 2 days after your payment is made) a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until
the time that your order has shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

We accept all credit cards as well as Paypal.

IS YOUR SITE SAFE?
Of course! We use Shopify as our platform and all Shopify stores include a highly-secure 128 bit SSL certificate. On top of that, Shopify's hosting and software is Level 1 PCI compliant which is as safe and secure as it gets.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes but please note items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must also be in perfect condition and unused in order to qualify for a return. In order to return your item simply contact us at info@needified.com requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Application). We also accept exchanges.
